Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and jobque.ai ("JobQue", "we") for using JobQue on WhatsApp and on the web. By using JobQue, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
What JobQue does
You choose companies, roles and places. JobQue checks those companies' public careers pages and messages you on WhatsApp when a matching role is posted. You can also see everything on your dashboard.
- No guarantees about jobs. Listings come from employers' own sites. They can be incomplete, late, or closed by the time you apply, and sometimes a site can't be read at all. We don't promise you'll see every role, or that any application will succeed.
- We're not an employer or a recruiter. Applications go straight to the employer, on their site, under their terms.
- WhatsApp is Meta's service. If WhatsApp is down or limits messages, JobQue may be delayed.
Who can use it
JobQue is invite-only for now, and open to people in Canada and the United States. You must be 16 or older, and the age of majority where you live to subscribe. One account per person; invites are personal and can't be sold.
Free trial, billing and cancelling
- Plan: JobQue Pro, billed monthly in Canadian dollars in Canada and US dollars in the US. The price is shown before you start. Sales tax is added where it applies.
- Founding Member rate: if you join at the Founding Member price, you keep it for as long as your subscription stays active. If it ends, a restart is at the price at that time.
- Free trial: 30 days for our first 100 members, then 7 days. A card is required to start. We'll remind you before the trial ends. If you don't cancel before then, your subscription starts and your card is charged automatically. One trial per person.
- Invite rewards: each friend you invite who becomes a paying member earns you one more free month, up to 90 days of free time in all (counting your trial). It's added to your trial, or to your next billing date if you're already paying. Rewards have no cash value.
- Renewal: your subscription renews every month until you cancel.
- Cancelling: anytime. Send cancel subscription on WhatsApp, or use Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Refunds: we don't refund part-months, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us and we'll make it right.
- Price changes: we'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. You can cancel before then.
- Stripe processes payments under its own terms.
Using JobQue fairly
Don't use JobQue to send spam or automated messages, harass anyone (including the bot's operators), break the law, try to get around limits or security, or resell or copy the service. We may slow replies to message floods, stop answering abusive messages, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we'll refund any unused paid time.
Ending your account
Send delete my account at any time to delete your account and data. Send STOP to stop all messages. We may end the service with 30 days' notice and a refund of any unused paid time.
Liability
JobQue is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed job opportunity. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you on WhatsApp at least 30 days before. Continuing to use JobQue after that means you accept the new terms. You can cancel instead.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in Québec or another place whose consumer laws protect you more, those protections still apply.
